lifetime on handmade craftsmanship
seams, stitching, and major construction are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for as long as you own the garment. we'll repair these free of charge — you cover shipping to us, and we cover return shipping.
wear-and-tear repairs
we love seeing our pieces out in the mountains, on the trails, and in everyday adventures! for normal wear and tear—such as small tears from branches or ski edges, seam abrasion, minor zipper issues, loose threads, pilling, or other use-related wear—we'll repair it free of charge if feasible.
- you cover shipping to us (use tracked shipping for safety).
- we cover return shipping after the fix.
this includes simple mends i can handle right here in my workshop.
full manufacturing defects coverage
any defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., fabric flaws, premature zipper failure under normal use) are repaired free of charge for the first 2 years from delivery, with the same shipping terms.
what's covered
- manufacturing defects in materials or construction.
- repairable wear and tear from normal outdoor use (e.g., patching small holes, reinforcing worn seams, fixing small hardware).
- minor tweaks to extend longevity (where applicable, like drawcord or elastic refresh).
what's not covered
- damage beyond reasonable repair (e.g., extensive rips/tears/holes, widespread fabric thinning or delamination, major accidents/misuse like burns, heavy chemical exposure, or crashes).
- irreparable items—we'll discuss options like store credit or responsible recycling.
- cosmetic-only issues that don't affect function (e.g., heavy fading—we can share care tips instead).
- alterations by third parties.
- damage from improper care (follow the included instructions: gentle cold wash, air dry, etc.).
how to claim
1. email brennah@brennah.com with:
- your order number and purchase date.
- clear, well-lit photos of the issue(s) from multiple angles.
- a short description of how/when it happened (this helps us assess quickly).
2. we'll respond within 3–5 business days with an assessment (approved for free repair? any notes?).
3. if approved, ship the item clean to us (address provided in reply; use tracked/insured shipping).
4. we repair and ship it back—we cover return postage via usps or similar.
turnaround: expect 2–6 weeks depending on volume (we'll keep you updated every step).
this promise is non-transferable and applies to the original owner. it gives you specific legal rights, and you may have others under applicable law.
